Administration

Taking time to look within and harmonize one’s heart, mind and energies is a normal part of our work day. After all, harmony is the very foundation of the Divine Star Center, and as we well know ... harmony first starts, within. That is: the inner universe creates, shapes and customizes the outer universe ... and so we offer generous time and resources to have our staff harmonize their inner and outer worlds, knowing full well that their energies will positively effect every aspect of the Divine Star Center environment and community. Inner peace, harmony and happiness is clearly passed along to others, as well as the environment and programs, here at the Center.

Hierachy is flattened, which means that people are involved in areas that they are inspired about and love. Hence, the motivation for people to be working and participating in a certain area of the Divine Star Center, is because it is aligned to their essential nature, skills and desires. People create their work ... and they are equal to everyone they work with ... and everyone who participates in the Divine Star Center.

We encourage our workers to find joy in what they do, and we support them in the quest to make their jobs fun, inspiring and satisfying. We expect our staff to find the jobs that they truly wish to do, so that their divine nature and inner beauty shines to one and all.

The Administration is also the center where the nonprofit foundation works to express the highest aims of our philosophy, as well as managing and gathering financial resources. The generosity of people just like you, support the Divine Star Center and allow for its abundance and the distribution of all of our resources, programs and energies.

Administration is in charge of quality control, insuring integrity throughout the Center, office and resource management, and they are keepers of the Divine Star Center’s highest philosophical principles. Our staff is guided by the Six Heart Virtues: appreciation, compassion, forgiveness, humility, understanding and valor.
